From the reviews

Dr. Amy is amazing and her staff are amazing. She is a great doctor, has helped facilitate healing in my body for me and my family through chiropractic care, acupuncture and other modalities. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a more natural path of care.

My family has been going to see the doctors here for 4 years, and they have truly made such a huge difference in our health for the better. The way they care for patients here makes you feel like you are part of a family.

★★★★★ — Shannon, Apr 2025

Every doctor and staff member at this office are wonderful! They are kind and caring. The doctors look at the body as a whole to find the root cause of the issue. Many people often try all other options before seeking alternative methods when they should have tried the alternatives first.

★★★★★ — Heather, Mar 2025

Yesterday I had the opportunity for the first time in a number of years to have a chiropractic treatment. I have to say that Dr. Wicks is pretty amazing and that’s coming someone who had 45 years in the medical arena. She is a physician who takes it to the next level,.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
