From the reviews
I have been in the industry for nearly 20 years and Niko is a gifted massage therapist. I came into town for a family event and wasn’t feeling well. I scheduled a two hour massage and left feeling so relaxed and relieved. He is professional and very skilled at his craft.
I have been suffering with a migraine for a few days. I knew my neck needed work. I saw Nico for a 90 min massage. He addressed my needs in his intake. I wasn’t feeling up to talking much, but he was able to find every problem area. Nico was very professional and is a gifted therapist.
Amazing team of experts. Tara provides the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. She helps me with pain control better quality of life increase circulation and I sleep better. Highly recommend the Body Spa&Cryo. I’m 100% disabled vet and they always make me feel so welcome.
I can’t say enough good things about The Body Spa. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff makes you feel so welcome—they’re incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The owner, Tara, is absolutely amazing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
