From the reviews

Jess has helped me a ton. I’ve got a lot of pain most days and scheduling with her has helped ease a lot of it. The cupping is an added bonus! Jess works wonders and I really appreciate her when I’m needing some tension release. Always a great massage.

★★★★★ — Raychelle, Mar 2026

My mom highly recommended for me to see Jessica since she knows how much I love a good massage, and MY GOD I'm glad she did! Jessica was so pleasant to work with and seemed extremely knowledgeable and talented. I did a 90 minute Swedish massage for $155, and it was worth every penny!

★★★★★ — Jordan, Jun 2025

Very highly recommended! The Body Shop offers excellent services at a competitive price. Jess is professional, caring and very responsive to client needs. She is really great at general massage as well as addressing my problem areas. I’m never sore after a deep tissue massage either!

★★★★★ — Michelle, Mar 2026

Jessica is wonderful helping me relieve the chronic pain I'm experiencing dur to lumbar spine issues. Deep Tissue massage really works those fatigued muscles and helps me cope with another week. Highly recommend for a great massage in a cozy environment.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
