From the reviews
My daughter saw Chelsea for the first time yesterday after struggling with foot pain and tendinitis for almost a year. Chelsea is very knowledgeable, eager to teach us how to care for the injury in a realistic way and answered all our questions without hesitation.
I had an incredible experience at The Body Mechanics! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and professional. Brianna was my therapist, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the session to exactly what my body needed.
I’ve been seeing Brianna for deep tissue massages, and she is truly amazing at what she does. It’s not a light, relaxing massage—it’s focused, therapeutic work that actually makes a difference. She has a great understanding of the body and consistently finds the areas that need the most attention.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about ✨Brianne at The Body Mechanic’s! She’s been absolutely excellent with my therapeutic massages following an accident. Her knowledge and skill are incredible — she really understands how the body works and tailors each session to what I need that day.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
