I had a one hour massage with Pam. Pam is a wonderful massage therapist . She started off wanting to know where my weak spots are, and the pressure she will use on your body. I had a full body massage. At the end Pam works on your face with hot towels and steam.
I had a really great experience at Terra Element Massage. The space felt calm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which made it easy to unwind right away. Pam was excellent — she created the perfect balance of relaxation and targeted work.
Booked last minute because I was have back spasms. I expressed that I really like a firm boarding on painful pressure. Pam did an amazing job of doing just that. I've only had one other person who was able or willing to do this. I feel amazing today one day after and I now can stretch and feel my muscles relaxing.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
