Nikki is Phenomenal!!!! I struggle - well struggled with, night sweats, anxiety, carpal tunnel, low back pain, migraines, sleep issues…the list goes on, I’m a mess! Well I was a mess!!!!! Since I’ve been going to see Nikki I am pretty much without any debilitating ailments as listed above.
I have had MANY positive experiences with Nikki at TCM. Every time I have any issues with my back or neck I immediately call in. I have had cupping, acupuncture, muscle stim, and it has always worked and helped more than anything else has.
I came to EastWest Acupuncture after suffering for years with neck and shoulder pain. I tried many things including massages, chiropractors, physical therapy, body workers, and other various pain methods but nothing seemed to work. All I can say is I wish I would have discovered Nikki years ago!
Wow. Ms. Nikki at EastWest is the real deal in healing. ✨ The time Nikki takes to understand the background in your reason for seeking healing really propels the speed of healing! 💫 I really appreciate the healing of acupuncture but never really understood the how of acupuncture.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
