From the reviews

Loved EVERYTHING about our experience! They were caring, professional and were able to get us in the same day I called to schedule. It's more than reflexology, you get a mini massage and foot soak too..honey he massaged my head! It felt so amazing! We'll definitely be back!

This was the most skilled, intuitive, and caring massage I have had in years in this area. The pressure was perfect (thank you for asking to make sure!), and booking was seamless. We received the 90 minute hot stone massage + body scrub and I would highly recommend.

I’ve had dozens of massages and I can say with full confidence that this is the best one I’ve ever had. We had a couples deep tissue massage and it was incredible. Very thorough and focused on the full body, head to toe. Absolute hidden gem. It’s cash only which we were not prepared for. Just a FYI for your visit.

My husband and I had the best experience at Tao! We did a joint massage and were blown away by the attention we received. The environment was very clean and welcoming. Our masseuses both seemed to know our exact problem areas without us even pointing them out. We both felt so rejuvenated after.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
