“Amanda brings an incredibly deep, gentle, and knowledgeable presence in every moment with her.”
“I’m really grateful for the gift she offers through acupuncture but also who she is as a person, very thoughtful, kind, and a great listener to see how she can best serve YOU on your healing journey.”
“Amanda’s calming presence makes each visit so wonderful even if I end up asking loads of questions about the process.”
“I began seeing her due to a serious car accident and after the first visit with her I gained more rotation in my right arm.”
From the reviews
I began seeing Kayla just two months ago, and the transformation in my quality of life has been nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve lived with Multiple Sclerosis and suffered from Burning Tongue Syndrome for over 15 years. Countless specialists told me the same thing: “There’s no cure.
Beginning my acupuncture journey and I cannot speak highly enough. Amanda and her staff are top notch. Kayla works miracles unimaginable, can’t say I was a sceptic, just didn’t know what to expect. After years of getting nowhere with “traditional doctors “ being dismissed and getting nowhere.
I started acupuncture to help treat several autoimmune diseases as well as anxiety. Acupuncture has been very helpful for stress, anxiety, and I believe really does help the body heal itself over time. The community clinic has been such a blessing to me. Being on a fixed income, I am so very grateful for this offering.
This is by far the most holistic, intuitive and integrative acupuncture I’ve ever received. Amanda brings an incredibly deep, gentle, and knowledgeable presence in every moment with her. The office is peaceful and beautiful with acupuncture inspired art as well in a convenient location and easy parking.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
