From the reviews
I've had Chronic back pain for a few years and Synergy has helped relieve it!
I went here for PT after a torn meniscus. Aaron and the rest of the staff were so helpful and so skilled. They had me back to full function in a very short period of time. I always felt very welcome and at home there. I will definitely go back to Synergy if I ever have any issues.
Thank you Synergy for the PT and myofascial treatment I received. You have restored the use of my shoulder and arm. Many thanks to Megan, Jim, Denise and Roslyn for making this possible. Annette Bonds
Went to them after A wreck and had my neck worked on back up and going really quickly. Wonderful experience.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
