From the reviews

it was only 9 minutes to my house, so I thought I give this place a try for my DOT Physical. I was given great service, bathroom was clean, and the process was quick within 15-20 minutes max. Will for sure use again and recommend this business to anyone.

I needed a DOT physical for a medical card and Dr. Jesse had me in and out the door in under 30 minutes. He was very friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend!!!

★★★★★ — Dave, May 2025

I have been getting massages for the past few months from Molly. I've always had a great massage and I love that she incorporates cranial sacral into her work. The location is very ideal for me and close to home. The prices can't be beat.

★★★★★ — Brandy, Dec 2024

I am having a great experience at Synergy Chiropractic under the care of Dr. Jesse Ploessl. I feel both heard and helped during my visits and as a result of them. I am experiencing gains from the Softwave therapy and will continue to look toward the practice without hesitation for continued support.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
