First of all I'm not posting five stars for the massage I received last night, but for the one I received on Saturday from Mimi Lily. It was probably one of the most incredible deep tissue massages I've ever received. Very professional very clean location.
Superior Massage Spa exceeded my expectations with their 60-minute deep tissue massage with hot stones. The moment I entered the spa, I was greeted by a peaceful atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.
I surprised my husband with a hot stone couples massage for Valentines Day. This was a first for both of us. It was really good!! We loved it, the atmosphere was nice, the staff was nice. There were only 2 people there, a man and a woman. I got the guy and my husband had the female masseuse.
I don’t get massages often, but I saw this shop on Groupon and I had a pinched nerve, so I gave it a shot! They were super responsive and got me in ASAP! Everyone there was amazing and I felt absolutely incredible after leaving. I will definitely be coming back here for ALL my massage needs! 10/10!!!

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
