We had an amazing first visit at sunshine therapy spa! My husband had some shoulder pain and I had some pains also. We felt much better after our couples massage. We loved that we got to pick our own essential oil, the hand masks, hot stones, and face masks.
Got a couples massage and we both agree it was probably one of the best massages we've ever had in our lives. The hot stones, hand mask, and face mask were a very nice added touch. I have chronic migraines and walked in with a 3 day long migraine no medication would touch and walked out without one.
Literally amazing. BOOK NOW! The techniques they used were so fantastic and life-changing. Worth every penny, and I feel brand new. Staff was super nice and great! I booked the 60 minute couples massage and got hand and face masks! Would come back 100%! 10000000000/10!!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
