I’ll I have to say is Jen is great and that cupping technique is so neat. Feeling sore (in a good way) after my first session. Looking forward to my next few sessions. The tingling and numbness in my arms and hands are already starting to feel some relief. Thanks Jen
Jen is amazing. Knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Her care is unmatched and her cupping sessions are incredible! Highly recommend seeing Jen for acupuncture, herbs and cupping!
I'm a 66 year old man with sciatica, carpal tunnel that I've been dealing with for sometime. Popping pills everyday to ease the pain wasn't something I wanted to keep doing. And surgery was my next step. So I thought I would give acupuncture a try. I haven't felt better in years. I'm a believer.
I’ve been going to Jennifer for a few months now. Mainly for issues with my hand that has been bothering me for about five years with pain and falling asleep from repetitiveness. And my hand feels great. Ha I have not had an issue with it since about two weeks after she started treating it.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
