I’ve had a history of neck and back pain for many years mostly due to the nature of my work. I’ve been to many chiropractors and massage therapists over the years and I can honestly say I just got the most relief that I’ve ever had from Sunny’s deep tissue massage techniques as well as stretching.
Sunny is the BEST! I have visited many massage therapists over the years, some good, some bad, and some great. Sunny is one of the great ones! She has the ability to identify an existing issue before you've informed her of said issue. She is caring, thoughtful, and is passionate about her work.
Hands down this is the best massage I’ve ever had. PERIOD! Sunny is super friendly and definitely knowledgeable about the anatomy and walks you through the whole process as she is working on you. Sunny was able to get me in for a massage within a few hours of me calling. She was very knowledgeable and I got an amazing massage with great results. She even took the time to follow up with me the following day .
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
