From the reviews
I’ve been seeing Josh for 3 years now for my adjustments. My quality of life has improved tremendously because of Josh. I recommend him to everyone who’s looking for chiropractic relief. Not only does he do the spinal adjustments but he’s also a professional with cupping and graston.
Josh is such a great chiropractor, extremely knowledgeable and friendly ! Highly recommend. Cupping, adjusting and graston! Only chiropractor I’d go to or recommend people too!
Josh was recommended to me by my massage therapist, John @ Equanimity Massage, for hard muscle and shoulder issues from trauma from a tumor. Since day one with Josh, he was immediately able to give me relief that I have been struggling with for a year. I see him every other week for a reset, fix, and progress plan.
Very good people skills to give you extra attention where others have failed. Many techniques and expertise using them! The office seems to have new things added every time I have been there! I love that the office is clean and professional! I highly recommend Dr. Leuppie for help. He's not just sports focused.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
