Really nice, professional, and attentive to my needs during each session. I’ve completed about five acupuncture visits so far and have had a very positive experience overall. Ellen was especially understanding of my goals and needs when I started trying acupuncture.
Ellen is amazing and wonderful! I have cervical stenosis and myelopathy that cause headache and tingling in my arm. Ellen does accupuncture, cupping and/or gua sha to help manage my pain and it worked! I have been to 3 different acupuncture places and she is the only one that can help me.

Dr. Ellen is attentive to your needs and quickly addresses with a variety of methods including traditional Chinese acupuncture needles, electric stimulation, cupping, amongst others. Her methods have resulted in prompt relief and sometimes you won't even notice the needle going in at all!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
