From the reviews
I’ve been seeing Kyle and Abby for hand therapy- both have been doing a great job and they always have new options to try. I feel that both have done more for me than anything other hand therapists at other facilities have been able to accomplish and in a relatively short amount of time.
I accompanied my mother here for her first hydro therapy session. Deana was great! My mother suffers from Facetious (sp?) Disorder, formally known as Munchasusen syndrome. Deana handled it well and I hope that Sylvia will have more sessions here.
What a wonderful staff as soon as you walk in you're greeted and checked in. Michaela has incredible bedside manner and is very kind and attentive to your needs. Booking appointments was very easy and accommodating.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
