“She’s so understanding and she explains things very well and included me in the entire process.”
From the reviews
This was my first experience with physical therapy, and it exceeded my expectations. Both Matthew and Kara challenged, educated, and inspired me to work hard to reach my potential. It was a wonderful experience.
Asia helped me so much. She’s so understanding and she explains things very well and included me in the entire process. Everyone else I got to interact with was so kind and wonderful. It’s very clean and organized.
Thank you Jessica you are by far the best physical therapist I have had in years. I feel so much better. Would highly recommend you and your team any day . Thank you for everything.
This place is a blessing. From the young lady at the front desk to the physical therapists. Asia is the best. She has a loving and kind soul. So Thx to each and every one of you ❤️
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
