Literally amazing service! The room has beautiful and smells amazing everything was so calming and relaxing! Amanda is so professional and knowledgeable! I can not wait for my next appointment! Thank you!
Amanda was absolutely amazing! She was super welcoming and her room was soothing and peaceful. She is incredibly considerate and makes sure she is doing what is best for you. She communicates throughout the whole massage to make sure you are still comfortable.
Best massage and reiki treatment! I've had massages before and I've had a mini reiki session before elsewhere, but when I found out Amanda would do a massage/reiki combo I knew I had to try it. It was amazing! The reiki takes the massage to another level - I highly recommend.
Amanda knew exactly what I needed at my very first visit. She provided intuitive healing care with her presence and approaches. Her space is comfortable, soothing and accommodating for different preferences and needs. I know that she will be equally attentive and responsive to all of her clients.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
