From the reviews
I just woke from the best night’s sleep I have had in many months, and I attribute it to the excellent massage I had last evening. How fortunate I was that they have appointment times later in the day. But it wasn’t just the timing of the massage; it was the quality of the massage that really made the difference.
Just finished up my first session here, and let me just say I will be a returning customer. Sterling was a delightful individual and a great conversationalist, balancing friendly getting to know you banter with professionalism to guarantee a perfect experience.
Sterling’s was highly recommended to me and I definitely received a 5+ star experience!! My therapist today was Randa and she truly was amazing!!! I went in with a pretty decent about of pain and Randa was able to not only educate me as to the reasons for the pain, ways to keep the pay away, and what not, but I walked…
I had a shoulder injury I was afraid would never stop hurting. It really limited my range of motion and even kept me from sleeping well at night. Doctor gave me an exercise to do that didn't seem to help.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
