Zoi at the front desk was really sweet and a pleasure to chat with today! I saw Chelsea for my massage, and I've seen her for some time now. She's listens well and always checks in on any problem areas beforehand.
My family and I had a fabulous experience. We took advantage of the pool, lounge area, massage therapy, red light therapy, and enjoyed a fabulous lunch. The place is immaculate. Service is above and beyond. The services are wonderful. I highly recommend visiting this spa and taking advantage of all they have to offer.
I had a wonderful reflexology foot massage this evening! I loved it! The room was warm and comfortable. The lights were dim creating ambiance. The table is adjustable and heated! So luxurious. My massage therapist was Lauren! I recommend it! Treat yourself! 😊 They have outstanding handicapped accessibility!
Absolutely love Stoneworks. I have had massages at different locations locally and in my travels and I always come back to Stoneworks. The spa is clean, calm, and welcoming. What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
