From the reviews
Without reservation, I would give Stephanie McClure the highest recommendation possible. I have been going to Stephanie for several years with shoulder and back pain. Her massage therapy has given me more relief than most other treatments I’ve tried.
Stephanie is always a joy to be around and makes the experience of massage even better than you could imagine. She is always educating herself with any techniques or state of the art tools.
I have been receiving Massage therapy from Stephanie for about 8 plus years She is really good at her therapy and works with my needs and requirements on each visit. She helped me a lot to ease out my myofascial pain and to reduce the spasms.
Stephanie is extremely professional. She is always on time and will not keep her clients waiting. This proves to me that she is well organized and respects her clients time as well as her own.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
