What clients say about the cupping here
“Communicated very well making sure I was comfortable with the pressure and the techniques she was using!”
From the reviews
Kathy was excellent!!! This was the exact massage I’ve been hoping for for years. She worked on some problem areas but also just massaged my aching body~head to toes!!! I feel so good! I can’t wait to go back!
The massage was wonderful!!! Communicated very well making sure I was comfortable with the pressure and the techniques she was using! I am definitely recommending to my family and friends!!!
Kathy is amazing. She got rid of pain in my neck and head that I've been dealing with for years. It's been a month and still no pain. She's very caring as well. Highly recommend.
I got my daughter an hour long integrated massage. Kathy was great! She helped her so much and really knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend this place. :)
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
