Dr Mandy and her staff, including the awesome office staff of Alesia and Antoinette provide a one stop shop for all your health and nutrition needs. I have had amazing massages from Trisha, Christal and Hillary a 1/2 hour is never enough make sure to book the whole hour you will not be disappointed!!
I can't find the appropriate words to express my amazement with the increditable care I have received from Dr. Mike and Dr. Mandy. My long time chiropractor recently moved out of state. I wasn't sure I could replace him. He was with my family for over 23 years. I can say with 100% certainty that Dr. Mike and Dr.
Dr. Baleno and his staff are the best! I started going to them for the DRX9000 in February, and I will continue to see him even after my 20 sessions are over. Well worth the hour drive. Not only is the DRX9000 the best price in the entire area, but he’s the best chiropractor I’ve been to.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
