I am happy to write a few lines about my experience with this lovely group of young professionals. I will started with the receptionist; she is a very sweet and attentive young lady who take care of everyone with a great attitude and smile.
Second week here and I’ve had nothing but the best care from everyone at Spine and Sport in Brawley. The ladies at the front desk are quick and helpful, all the PT aides are good at what they do and extremely attentive.
For being in a small town they knock it out of the park with her high-tech equipment and professionalism they actually do care about you even when you're not there I also want to bring up the receptionist she is amazing and all Quinn signs with being being and feeling better
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
