From the reviews

Sarah is awesome! Very knowledgeable about speciality and most kind! She took care of me whe I had severe mid-upper right back pain & severe burning with numbed and tingling down my right arm to 3 of my fingers. All problems resolved and hasn’t come back.

Other docs charged me $20-$30 more for their “service”. In 30 years of back issues I’ve never seen such a beautiful office. Plus, this isn’t some ice your back and crack it a couple times. Technology focused, up to date, with everything from holistic to the massage chair that’s not your average chair.

I am someone who has stayed in good shape but when you workout injuries can happen. Anytime I’ve had any issues or wanted just maintenance done this is the place to go to. I’ve always walked out better than I walked in and I’ve always had relief. Not just temporary either. I’m talking about real relief for any issues.

How I wish I had heard of this place sooner!! After two visits, the relief I’ve experienced from neck pain is phenomenal.. Dr Brian is thorough, professional, personable and takes time to explain and administer treatment. His staff is kind, helpful, friendly and, again, takes time to care for you.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
