Not my first time, just my first time back in a long time. I had time for a 90 min shiatsu, 15 min Chinese cupping, and asked for hot stones. Im not saying my girls name because im sure she is popular and you'll run Into her one day lol and im selfish. I want her all to myself.
I recently received the best massage I’ve ever had here. The price was very fair at $65 for an hour. The place was really clean and offered multiple additional open room like cupping and hot stone. My masseuse Maddy was very strong and worked hard for an hour. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve been coming here monthly, and at this point, it’s a must. If you only book one service, make it the Shiatsu Massage / Oil Back Walk / Thai Massage. Trust me — once you try it, you’ll keep coming back for more. The combination is incredibly effective, deeply relaxing, and leaves you feeling amazing afterward.
I had sessions with both Coco and jessica and they’re truly the best. Coco has a calming touch and really knows how to melt away stress, and jessica is amazing with deep tissue and pressure points. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Definitely a 5-star experience.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
