Went to Spa 31 and had a head spa by Ella. It was the most relaxing and amazing experience ever. After spa I had a cup of hot tea while she dried my hair. Definitely will be back and it’s more than you can imagine. Ella is wonderful!!!! You don’t know what you’re missing if you haven’t had one.
I had an amazing experience with Faith Carroll at Spa 31! From the moment I arrived, the spa was clean, calming, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. When I walked into Faith’s room, everything was perfect—the soothing spa sounds were playing, the bed was warm, and the sheets were fresh and clean.
Faith is AMAZING!! I’ve seen her twice now and she just rocks my world every time!! I love how she focuses on areas that you request, she helps guide you with booking your next massage, asks all the right questions and really tried to make you feel comfortable. Spa 31 is absolutely the best. Today I had a head spa treatment with Ella today and it was AMAZING! She has the absolute perfect pressure to relieve tension and my hair has never felt better. The face and neck massage almost put me to sleep. I will definitely be re-booking.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
