From the reviews
So happy to have found South Bay Movement and Wellness. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Kaitlyn Clarke and all the work she does to help me with all my bodily ailments. She is super caring and thorough. I always feel better after every visit.
I made an appointment at this office after hurting my back twice within a month. I was in pain and super stiff, getting up from a seated position hurt. I scheduled online with Dr. Nate Schilling. The online scheduling was a breeze and I got a few reminder texts/emails.
I’ve been a patient at South Bay Movement & Wellness for more than a month now, and I couldn’t possibly be more thankful for what has been a truly wonderful experience. Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
