From the reviews

I feel like I'm writing a love letter- well it is just that. Dr. Tyme has been my practitioner for over 20 years. I was blessed to find him years ago while experiencing an acute pain in my shoulder. Since then, he has been my consistent and reliable go to for healing and wellness of all types.

Owner says: My Annapolis office is Wellsview cottage at 613 Ridgely Avenue. When you pull into the driveway you want the building on the right. Then as you approach the entrances you want the left-hand door which takes you upstairs to the sitting room. There is a restroom adjacent to the doorway.

I've tried to write this review several times and I just don't feel like my words have enough weight and gravity of the immense gratitude and respect I have for Dr. Gigliotti. I can't stop recommending him to everyone I know and talking about the ways in which he's helping me.

TYME is the MAN!! I was desperate for help having had a bad regional block form foot surgery. I’d tried everything, physical therapy, chiropractic therapy, non-conventional therapies using red lights etc. and nothing was working.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
