From the reviews
Immediately as I walk into Source Healing, I feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have been seeing Liz as my acupuncturist for over a year. She has been able to help me with a variety of issues including anxiety, constipation, etc.
Gina and Racie have been amazing with their treatment plan! They work with me on separate days, combining therapeutic massage and cupping and really listen to what’s going on. Source Healing has been great!
Terrific place! I came in with a bruised rib and was treated with acupuncture which really helped reduce the pain. The practitioners are all really kind and gentle. I highly recommend Source Healing.
My experience with Hristina was truly transformative. She is not only a gifted acupuncturist but a healer who sees beyond just the physical ailment. Her approach goes far beyond treating the immediate issue; she connects with you on a soulful level, addressing the body, mind, and spirit as one.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
