From the reviews
We made appointments with Hailee for myofascial release massage. My appointment was at 10. I am 69 years old and spent the last 6 weeks staging a house in Gulf Shores, up and down 25 steps carrying art, furniture, decorative accessories etc. at least 40 times a day. I was dragging when I arrived.
Absolutely LOVED IT! Very professional and communicated what she was doing excellently. Super relaxing and I’ll definitely be back! I feel ten times better already. Cupping was also fantastic!
Me and My wife made an appointment and due to weather we had to post pone. Mrs Rachel messaged me and worked with me to get our appointment scheduled. It was our first time ever and we were tight. Mrs Rachel did my wife's and according to her was outstanding and understanding.
Jennifer is an absolute blessing to my life. I had begun losing hope in my journey with chronic pain. After only a few sessions with her, I have renewed confidence in myself. Her knowledge and expertise, problem solving mentality, and can-do attitude are literally changing my life.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
