From the reviews

Tried cupping for the first time and it was surprisingly satisfying—the therapist explained each step, applied the cups carefully, and moved them to target the tight areas; by the end, my muscles felt lighter, more relaxed, and my back tension was almost completely gone.

WOW, as a regular massage recipient, I have to say, this experience was excellent! We did the 1hr foot massage & 1hr full body massage, started with the feet then ends with the body. The techniques as very relaxing! I completely recommend going for their method and will abolutely be back! 10 Stars!

I am visiting from out of state & decided to try this place for a foot massage. I was not disappointed!! The atmosphere was great, the staff very welcoming & attentive. Yo Yo did my massage and she was terrific! Just the right amount of pressure and really helped me relax after a long, hard week.

I’ve been seeing yoyo, the owner for years and started taking my dad there a few years ago. She is THE best! I was licensed in massage…so I’ve have had much work done by many therapists. She is my favorite! Treat yourself. The health benefits are amazing. I consider it a necessity. And her new pricing is a bargain!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
