I recently visited Sol Himalayan Salt Cave and Spa with my parents, after having seen it advertised for a few weeks. I then decided on signing us for it, and boy, oh boy. Did they not fail to disappoint. It was an amazing 👏 and ethereal ✨️ experience.
Amazing! I love the salt cave, very relaxing and tranquil. We got a tour, our first time there. We were greeted with warm welcomes. I went back for a massage and Daniel, at the time, was absolutely wonderful. That was my first massage EVER and I swear he DID NOT disappoint!

I went here for a relaxing day for my birthday. It was peaceful and serene. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and informative. I booked 4 services and they all were reasonable in price and relatively relaxing. Catrina did an amazing job with my massage and will definitely be back for another session soon!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
