From the reviews

I have been a patient of Dr. Crawford for the past 10 years, and I can confidently say he is one of the best in his field. Every time I’ve come in with pain or discomfort, he has taken the time to listen carefully, address my concerns, and provide gentle, effective care that truly makes a difference.

Dr Gibbons is the best chiropractor we have ever been to. Somehow he is always able to make all the aches and pains of my athletic high school kids go away. He listens to our needs and always helps to educate us on how we can prevent the injury’s from happening again with simple but affective stretching.

★★★★★ — Shannon, Aug 2024

Dr. Gibbons was kind & helpful. He explained how he was going to adjust me before doing it. He taught me stretches to help that I can do at home/work. He didn’t make me feel like a chronic case like other chiropractors have, as if they’ve just wanted me to keep coming & paying.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
