From the reviews

Excellent one-on-one performance physical therapy. Came here after a few sessions of less individualized PT elsewhere had aggravated my lower back herniated disc to the point where I could barely walk.

The best orthopedic physical therapist I've ever had, by far! I've been to many different physical therapists before in my life. From many of the companies you probably already heard of. The big names, you know who they are lol. This is by far the best experience I've ever had and it's not even close.

I have been seeing Kelli for about 2 months now. I am a strength and conditioning coach and a former power lifter. Kelli continues each week to restore more movement in me that I haven’t had for years.

I have been working with Dr. Kelliann Gallagher for a few months now on an old ankle injury and new hip issues. She’s a joy to work with, especially if you’re coming from a rollerskating or derby background, and I’ve seen so many improvements in my skating abilities and pain levels while working with her.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
