From the reviews

I had never tried acupuncture before, but when I was overdue with my second baby and she was turned the wrong way for a smooth delivery, I was determined to try anything to help get her here safely and naturally. Dr. Lei and Dr. Yi were both so professional, and the sessions were much more relaxing than I expected.

I was treated by both practitioners. I started treatment for Alpha Gal (could not eat mammalian meats). I have had this for 2 years. After 3-4 months of treatment I can now eat mammalian meats. I highly recommend them. They also fixed my upper back!

I've been taking my son to Dr. Lei for over a year now and want to share my heartfelt thanks to her for the wonderful recovery my son is making under her care. I gave up on western medicine after being told my son would need to stay on anti-seizure pharmaceuticals for the rest of his life.

★★★★★ — Cicy, Nov 2023

Dealing with preeclampsia symptoms so decided to try this. The cracks on my tongue are gone and the swelling and aches have subsided. Happy to share my results for those who are also seeking relief.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
