From the reviews
There is so much to say about the treatment I had with Crystal. she is 💯 a natural. Very intuitive with her treatments. When I first walked into the room we a had a brief discussion on what we were doing that day. I explained to her the pain I was having and she took it all in.
I recently had the most incredible 90-minute deep tissue massage with cupping at Shalom Deep Therapy, and it was truly a healing and wonderful experience. Crystal, the talented massage therapist, possesses magical hands that worked wonders on my sore muscles and tension.
Thank you so much to Crystal for the amazing experience!! I’ve been to so many massage therapists and this was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Crystal is so attentive to your needs. A lot of the treatment is based on her intuition and she pays extra attention to places of pain in the body.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
