I can’t say enough good things about Ashley and Serenity Massage!! I have been seeing her since October’23 and I have been to other massage places and they were good but when I say Ashley and her bag of tricks have made a HUGE difference in helping me through my accident recovery.
Can’t say enough about this practice. Superb therapists in a warm and comfy environment. I see Ashley and had cupping done recently. I’m dealing with a lot of grief and loss and the cupping helped tremendously. I felt more balanced, open and fluid. 10 stars for cupping and Ashley!
This was one of the best massages I have ever received! My boyfriend and I went for the first time for his birthday and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is very tranquil and the rooms are very clean. Bethany was very accommodating to our needs and schedule.
I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Ashley. It was amazing. The office is warm and friendly and the room was great. I like the heated massage table (first time I've had that). I would highly recommend this place.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
