From the reviews
I'm still trying to find the words to describe my experience. I decided late Saturday night that I wanted a self care day the following day (Sunday) and I wanted more than your usual massage. I came across Serenity Massage and thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did!
Austin is a gentle giant and an absolute pro! I booked a last-minute massage due to severe neck and shoulder tension, and he worked magic. I walked out pain-free, balanced, and deeply relaxed. I’ve had massages across several states, but none compare—his skill and calming energy truly stand out.
I went to get a massage at Serenity for the first time and was so HAPPY I was with Blake, I had gone to him years ago and lost track of him for a bit, he does a wonderful job! I have an injured leg from a fall and he almost fixed it entirely with one visit.
I had an amazing experience at Serenity Massage & Energywork! The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was calming and peaceful, with beautiful decor throughout. They even had a table zen garden to enjoy while we waited. My husband and I had a couples massage, and Kirstin and Austin were exceptional.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
