🧼 clean & hygienic space 2 mentions

“I love the honesty, the cleanliness of the space, the atmosphere, and just every single one of her people!”

From the reviews

I have seen Sandy, and I have seen Kayley as well. I love the honesty, the cleanliness of the space, the atmosphere, and just every single one of her people! I get frequent headaches due to tension in my neck. I schedule here once a month for a nice 90 minute massage.

★★★★★ — Toni, Jan 2020

I'm a ex athlete and bodybuilder with quite a few previous injuries and Sandy always goes out of her way to keep my body functioning at its best virtually pain free through orthopedic massage. Orthopedic massage is a specialty massage many are not familiar with.

★★★★★ — Michael, Mar 2021

i had a work injury that caused me to have muscle strain in my chest and it spread throughout my body, my shoulder was so tensed and i had this for like two months now. i decided to go for a massage to hopefully make my shoulder less tense.

★★★★★ — Ang, Oct 2024

Sandy traveled to my friend's Assisted Living Residence and did a massage that he benefited from so much he will have them regularly. He felt great. His ailments were improved and a future connection was made!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
