From the reviews
These ladies work magic. I go here for massage therapy and cupping and truly Siobhan is the best masseuse I have ever been to. She knows her craft well and any time I arrive with muscle pain, I leave feeling a million times better. They also seem to have fun with each other, which makes the spa that much more lovely.
Genuinely cannot recommend enough. I showed up on Monday when I accidentally scheduled my 90 min massage for Tuesday. When I asked to reschedule because I work Tuesday they very graciously offered to do it anyways even though the mishap was 100% my fault and they were technically closed for training.
Most amazing service. Ever. I have a history of stress and anxiety in my upper body and have been seeing Siobhan regularly to help with my mobility. Absolute miracle worker! I feel so much better once I leave each session. Today I ended up trying the TMJ Massage. It was something I never knew that I needed.
I had an incredible massage experience with Jessica today! She took the time to really understand my needs and areas of focus before starting, which made all the difference. Her technique was spot-on, and I left feeling great!! The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and the environment was clean and relaxing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
