“The Master Herbalist classes are taught by incredibly knowledgeable instructors who make learning both practical and enjoyable.”
From the reviews
School of Natural Medicine, Acupuncture, Massage and Herbal Training classes, here in our own backyard, Sand Springs! Wow! and I though I have to go to Denver, Portland, or New York to find it! Please do a program for working adult, thus class in the evening and weekend, Please!
Dana was my instructor she was both highly knowledgeable and very personable. Enrolling in the Master Herbalist class was hands down one of the best decisions. Not only did she reiterate that my underlying approach to natural ways of healing was correct, but she helped me to better perfect my abilities.
This really is a hidden gem you don’t want to miss! The Master Herbalist classes are taught by incredibly knowledgeable instructors who make learning both practical and enjoyable. If you’re on a health journey, this could truly be your tribe—a place where you feel encouraged and supported.
I found my people! This place is amazing! I started as a student of the Master Herbalist program and now they will never get rid of me! (Acupuncture in the fall)
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
