I found a Groupon offer for Santa Fe Peaceful Massage and gave it a shot. Am I fleas I did! Annie was my therapist and she was fantastic! I told her my problem areas and she worked them thoroughly. It felt amazing!
My mom & I did a 90 minute couples massage today for Mother’s Day with Tony & Annie (I had Tony). The massages were great. I asked for reflexology and he did all sorts of massage, stretching & meridian work. I feel amazing afterwards. My mom had a more standard massage with heated stones.
I was very pleased with the massage and I also opted for the tea ceremony afterwards which was a nice touch. I've never been in a ceremony for tea but Annie was a good teacher. Her and her husband John made me feel welcomed. I would highly recommend both services if you go!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
