First of all Dylan ( I hope I spelled that correctly) ! However Dylan is absolutely Phenomenal with the hands! I walked in and the ambiance welcomed me as the staff greeted me. I introduced myself and Dylan poked her head through the door ( bright and energetic)!
I went in for my first salt cave experience with my friend for 90 minutes! It was so relaxing, comfortable, inviting and the staff was amazing! It really opened up my upper respiratory and I wasn’t even sick, just asthmatic. Cant wait to try the massage services and and salt cave adventure.
The atmosphere in the entire spa sooths the soul, but the salt cave is next level amazing. The positive energy left me feeling absolutely amazing, and my post-covid lungs - which haven't been the same since my illness last November - feel a bit better, too. I'm hooked!
My 1st time here & it was amazing! My sister recommended this place because it's said that Himalayan salt helps people w/bronchitis & it helps with inflammation & opens airways....Let me tell you, idk if it was in my mind or not but I immediately felt a slight relief!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
