Salt cave was absolutely amazing!!! Very conducive to deep meditation, or self hypnosis..... At one point I sat down directly in the salt & rubbed it on my arms & legs, which definitely helped my body release toxins.... I could tell the next day by the darker skin & smell emitting from my armpits....
Great place. I went for a session in the salt cave and it was very relaxing. The people who attended to us were very nice and welcoming. Overall it has a very relaxed atmosphere and was perfect after a long day of work. Their salt lamps are also fairly priced and very beautiful.
Beautiful salt cave. Owner Sheryl explained how everything works, gave us blankets. It was so restful and relaxing. We also had a group sound healing session there for a friends birthday and it was so wonderful. I would highly recommend.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
