From the reviews

Love this place! First of all, it's like The Tardis... it's bigger on the inside. It is gorgeous! The treatment rooms are decorated beautifully. I had a massage with Ben. It was the best massage I have had in years. He is very kind and very intuitive.

Could not recommend the head spa enough. Oh my goodness. My daughter and I had a treatment and we are both so happy. Megan made sure we were comfortable and she made us feel like queens. Our scalps are so clean and fresh! I didn’t know how much I needed a good scalp massage and treatment. Thank you so much!!

★★★★★ — Mavi, Dec 2025

I had a massage from Antoinette, who was exceptional. She released a significant amount of soreness. She listened to my reasons for massage and quickly found areas I reported and skillfully provided relief in those places and the rest of my body.

★★★★★ — Andi, May 2026

I got married a couple of weeks ago. Amanda was part of the team that made me and my girls look amazing! Thank you so much for all of your hard work! All of our hair styles were beautiful!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
