From the reviews

The Space is beautiful, warm and relaxing. The staff are inviting. I see szylvia and she is a master at her craft. Her magic hands and specialized treatments work wonders for my aches and pains. I always feel better, relaxed and alive after leaving a session with Szylvia. Top notch service!

★★★★★ — Priscilla, Mar 2020

Szilvia is an amazing therapist, and always helps my problem areas. Today was no exception. My neck and right shoulder have been ailing me for a few weeks. She paid special attention to those areas during my 90 minute massage. I feel great!

★★★★★ — Sarah, Sep 2018

Connie is an incredible massage therapist and always leaves me feeling like a million bucks. I went in yesterday with pulsating pain in my right shoulder and today I am completely pain free. Thank you, Connie! I highly recommend Sage Wellness to everyone I know!

★★★★★ — Tiffany, Jul 2023

Connie was WONDERFUL.She relaxed me from head to toe and worked more on 'those spots'. Additional delights were: warm foot wraps and hot stones at the very end. Oh, and an Easter chocolate! I'll be back soon.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
