What clients say about the cupping here
“I’ve been going to SLH for about a couple years now and experienced a few different therapists’s techniques and everyone staffed has been my experiences worthwhile.”
“I was a little nervous as I had a hip replacement in April, but she was gentle around that area and was able to work out a huge knot in my shoulder that had been causing discomfort.”

From the reviews
My husband and I both had a massage from Brittney! We like a deep massage and she did not disappoint. I was a little nervous as I had a hip replacement in April, but she was gentle around that area and was able to work out a huge knot in my shoulder that had been causing discomfort. I also added in cupping (the best)!
I see Brittney and all I can say is how wonderful she is! I have had such sciatica issues for the past 4 years and she helps relieve the pain. She is very attuned and I am beyond grateful. Her cupping technique is amazing and I feel she truly cares and takes her time to help you with your pain.
Had a couple of great massages/cupping with Brittany. She knew exactly where my pain points were and also gave me pointers on how to stretch and strengthen.
I just recently went to Sage Lotus and can't say enough! I have had many, many massages in my lifetime and Cari gave me, hands down, the best massage of my life. Cari is sweet and incredibly knowledgeable about the musculature of the body. She got at the tough places that have been missed by others.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
