What clients say about the cupping here
“I’ve dealt with back pain for over 20 years so I’ve tried almost every type of massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, etc imaginable and Tiffany is a true healer.”
“Luck indeed because Tiffany was precisely the right person for what I needed: competent, compassionate, effective, funny, focused, knowledgeable, relaxing.”
“For me, lying on a massage table can feel vulnerable, so I really appreciate the way Tiffany briefly explains her process when moving from one stage to the next.”
“Luck indeed because Tiffany was precisely the right person for what I needed: competent, compassionate, effective, funny, focused, knowledgeable, relaxing.”
“I've been working through tremendous stress and injury recovery and I walk out able to stand up taller and with my jaw unlocked.”
“I was certainly nervous as I was sore, in pain and on pain medication, but I had done research on how getting lymphatic drainage massages were so important post-op.”
From the reviews
I love coming here! My best friend came here after her mommy makeover and the lymphatic massage helped so much with the swelling. I decided to come here after my 360 lipo, BBL and breast augmentation. Tiffany helped with my drain removal and a small seroma that developed in my abdomen around week 3.
I feel so lucky to have met Tiffany and work with her for my neck/shoulder/upper back pains...i have been driving to North California lately for work and 10 hours in a car can really aggravate the nerves in my neck and back which causes inflammation and pain.
Safe Space is another Sacramento gem! I’ve dealt with back pain for over 20 years so I’ve tried almost every type of massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, etc imaginable and Tiffany is a true healer. I can’t recommend her services enough. I feel like I stumbled upon a treasure finding her.
I've had the pleasure of being Tiffany's friend for about a year now -- and that alone deserves a 5 star review. HOWEVER -- there are plenty of reasons why her business does too; here's a few. 1: A person's touch says a lot about them, and Tiff's tells me that she was born to heal others.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
